The product
What is The VentureIQ AI?
An AI investment research platform for brokers, VCs and founders. It reads a deal's documents and website, researches the market live, and produces a cited analysis: market size, business model, risks, red flags and a recommendation.
Who is it for?
Investors screening deal flow, brokers preparing opportunities for buyers, and founders checking how their company will look under diligence before they raise.
Does the AI invent numbers?
Every figure is labelled as verified (backed by a cited source or document), estimated, or assumed. Claims without evidence are downgraded rather than presented as fact, and you can review the sources behind each one.
Can I override the AI's conclusions?
Yes. Analysts can override any score or finding, and every override is recorded with who made it and why, so the audit trail stays intact.

Pricing and tokens
How much does it cost?
New accounts get 2 free tokens. After that, each AI call costs 1 token ($3). There is no subscription.
Am I charged if an analysis fails?
No. Tokens are only kept for usable answers; if an AI call fails, its token is refunded automatically.
Do tokens expire?
Tokens stay in your workspace balance until used. You can top up at any time from the token box in the app header.
Are the calculators free?
Yes. The valuation, runway and TAM/SAM/SOM calculators, the checklist and the memo template are free and need no account.

Data and security
Who can see my deals?
Only members of your workspace, according to their role. Access is enforced on every request, not just in the interface.
What files can I upload?
Pitch decks, financial models, data room documents and other PDFs and office files. Each upload is fingerprinted so duplicates are detected.
Can I share a report externally?
Yes. You can email a deal report as a PDF or create a share link, so outside investors can read it without an account.
