Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to run your workspace and produce reports:

• Account details: your name, email address and workspace membership.
• Deal content: the business ideas, documents, websites and figures you submit for analysis.
• Analyst input: your overrides, notes, votes and committee decisions.
• Billing details: subscription tier and payment status. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never reaches our servers.

• To generate, store and version your Investment Intelligence Reports.
• To enforce role-based access so only permitted members can create or edit deals.
• To send service messages such as monitoring alerts you have asked for.
• To operate billing and to support you when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your deal content to train third-party foundation models.

Analysis prompts, extracted document text and retrieved public web content are sent to third-party model providers to produce narrative analysis. Prompts are transmitted over encrypted connections for the purpose of returning the analysis you requested. Deterministic scoring, weighting and verdict logic runs on our own infrastructure.

Workspace data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules that scope every record to your workspace. Uploaded files are stored in private buckets that are only readable by members of the owning workspace.

You can delete individual deals, documents and reports at any time. When you ask us to close your workspace we delete its records, and backups age out on our normal backup cycle.

Reports are private by default. A report becomes visible outside your workspace only when a member creates a share link, and those links can be revoked. We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments and deliver email — each under contract and only to provide the service.

• Access, correct or export the data held about you.
• Ask us to delete your account and workspace content.
• Turn off alert emails from your settings without losing in-app alerts.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners by email.
