Terms of service

The VentureIQ AI is a research tool. It combines retrieved evidence, AI-generated analysis and deterministic scoring to produce Investment Intelligence Reports, verdicts and supporting workpapers for the deals you enter.

Nothing produced by the platform is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset. Scores, verdicts and projections are analytical opinions derived from the inputs available. Estimates are labelled as estimates. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions and for your own due diligence.

• You must give accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
• Workspace owners control who is invited and what role each member holds.
• Only members with a creating role may add or edit opportunities; other members hold read access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

You keep all rights in the business ideas, documents and figures you submit, and in the reports generated from them. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to submit any material you upload.

• Do not upload material you are not permitted to share, or content that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to breach access controls, other workspaces, or our rate limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute the platform as your own product without a written agreement.
• Do not use the platform to harass, defame or mislead third parties.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves, and third-party data sources or model providers may be temporarily unavailable. Where evidence cannot be retrieved, the platform marks the affected analysis rather than inventing data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as is, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of it is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or investment losses.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data before it is deleted.
